is in our DNA
Not only are we preserving biodiversity across our 112 acres, we’re designing and operating our builds to be more sustainable. Across the campus, we’re reducing the impact of transport solutions, while maximising energy efficiency. We have targets for BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A+ rating, and remain proactive in raising the standards of sustainability even further.

Both our new builds and refurbishments are delivered in line with exacting carbon-conscious standards.
Sustainable transport
The campus has multiple EV charging hubs, with the opportunity to scale up infrastructure, as well as end-of-trip facilities throughout.
Energy and water efficiency
Alongside rooflights, air-source heat pumps and water efficiency, we are establishing a decarbonisation journey by removing gas from our buildings while generating on-site renewable energy through solar PVs.
Biodiversity boost
Our ambition is to maximise on-site biodiversity and access to nature across the campus through enhanced landscaping, native planting and habitat creation.
